The "Dog-Tag" System consists of a highly reflective soft, tough neon yellow (recommended safety color for visibility and safety) tag that contains a rear compartment that carries the medical data/ID form. This "Dog-Tag" can be worn around the neck with either a metal chain or breakaway safety lanyard. There is also an additional buttonhole for versatility in attachments or emergency situations. This entire System is waterproof. We are including a pencil in the kit to fill out the information.
